I rarely drink a Pepsi; don't buy any of that stuff. However, milk is my lifeline. Its my way of getting calcium without chewin it. Will definitely cut the G2 gatorade out though sooo LETS DO THIS!

Milk is my lifeline too. I put a lot of it in my tea. So in this challenge I will stick to water, tea and milk. "It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice."

I'm a milk girl as well, i can survive on milk alone if that was ok. But i've always drank Whole Milk, im going to switch to 2% to cut out the fat!  ~AMAlviar

Awesome! I knew I wasn't alone; ask my husband, I'm a cranky one without it. But I decided to eat my cereal with a measured serving of milk, and drink it after I was done with the bowl. Mainly, the idea is probably to rid yourself of simple sugars that are in these drinks. Fresh hand-squeezed orange juice with no added sugar shouldn't be a problem, I wouldn't think. But short cuts are no good haha
