Ok everyone! Are you ready for this adventure? We are going to look fit and fabulous in 8 weeks!! We may not lose all the weight we want (personally, I know I have a LONG way to go) BUT we will all be looking and feeling better when we are done. The little steps we take now will benefit our health for years to come! Take things 1 day at a time. Remember, this is a marathon not a sprint. We are here for support.
