Well, I've been okay this week-I've exercised (walking mostly) for at least 30 minutes each day. Now I have to deal with th e weekend! Always a rough time for me!

So far-
-so good! 45 minutes on Monday and 40 so far today. Don't think I'll get much more in today as I have a meeting but who knows? Maybe I'll do some more walking this evening!

First attempt
Just join the challenge get off the couch. So I decided to ride my bike. I think it was at least a total of 1 1/2 miles. I need to measure it the next time.
