Called in tonight right as I was serving dinner, so Tupperware it was and out the door.

Was supposed to withhold food from dog because they might do surgery after vet sees her this morning. I forgot to not feed her.

Yes, real good start to the morning....

Morning ladies,

Pushed myself to get back in the groove yesterday and finished 30 minutes on treadmill even though I wanted to give up at 15 minutes.

Completed 10,129 steps for the day and woo-hoo got six points too!

Yes to plain and simple. Calf raises yesterday, arms today. More veggies today though.

Vet says it's ok. She still wants to see the dog.

At least I got my food in for last several days and don't think I missed anything.

Danielle.....wow!! You are very inspiring!!
Yesterday....no steps, 3 pts. Not enough fiber, really living on the edge with this sodium thing!
I did drink water like crazy! My exercise was arm weights, bike and hoop. Increased my times yesterday due to my greater calorie intake last few days. :/
Well, have to finish getting ready for work. Have a good Tuesday Sassys! Smile

Good morning Sassies!!! I am in a fantastic mood and I just feel so sassie today! lol. Today is the first day of our 2013 Fall Book Review. Of course we always serve light refreshments and guess what's on today's menu.....CAKE! A big huge sheet cake that smells divine! However, I will not be having any of it. I will take in my banana and low fat cheese stick and liter of water! lol. I will not be defeated!

I am so nervous about today's Fitness Blender routine. It will probably be the hardest workout I've done and it's only week 2 of 8!!!! But I will try my best! Whatever I can't do I will modify just to keep moving!

Update: went to see ortho doc yesterday and he wants me to get back in my leg immobilizer. Stop PT and just let my leg rest. Blood has accumulated in the bursa and causing the inflammation and pain. PT was just aggravating it. Wish I would have gone to see him when this happened. So will reevaluate on the 18th. Just need to be careful of infection. Wound looks good!

Woke to daughter that has 102 fever. Crap. I better not get sick. Called my boss about not being able to help at work til at least the 10 days of rest.

Well have a good day. Guess ill go watch TV. Ugh.

I did manage to lose weight his week. One good thing going my way!

Susan, sorry to hear about your daughter. At least you're home for rest.
Susan - shoot how do you keep up with everyone?
Danielle - way to go on the Fitness Blenders! I am still sore from last week's in the gym on demand video and it irritated my shoulder so I think I will stick to my weights workouts. I think I've decided to train for an 8K by March. I ran a 5K, now I will train to run an 8K.
Pam good job for pushing yourself back in the groove!
Becky hope your dog is okay!

I mostly had a good day yesterday! 2 students for my morning class, 1 for my 2nd morning class, none for my evening class.
I was able to work out Monday evenings because I will start teaching Aqua Zumba in 1 or 2 weeks in the evenings. The owner of the local gym is allowing me to move the class an hour earlier. I had been talking to him about it for several weeks that they wanted me to cover her maternity leave that no one else was available. She is 9 months pregnant!
I'm determined to get back on track and yesterday was a good day!

Morning Sassies! Seriously pissed off today...that 1 little piece of something in my left knee that sometimes moves around decided to move yesterday, so now I'm limping...this hasn't happened in 3 years! Seems like every time I start to get back into my rhythm something else goes wrong.

afternoon all just woke up , I usually always wake up at 11:30-12:00 but I opened my eyes n it was 1:00 SWEEEETTTTT I like it I obviously needed the sleep. having my inka drink and getting on tm. till I hit 5000

Plain n simple for yesterday done

Penny's surgery is now set for Friday morning. My goof of giving dog food when I wasn't supposed to turned out to be for the best. Vet wants Penny on meds for 4 or 5 days before surgery so this give more time to get those in her system beforehand.
Still stressed somewhat over other situation. Just every once in awhile life hands you difficult times. Despite the seriousness of my situation, I (we) will get through this. Because if I don't, life will drastically change.

Good afternoon Sassies!

I am off today and I am busy with laundry and cleaning. I was looking forward to Biggest Loser tonight, but they changed it to next week. Very disappointing...

My ticker says that I have lost 4 lbs, which is what I have lost on this challenge only. I emailed them to see if they could change it, but they don't know how to. Aaarrggg! I have lost 17 lbs since May 6.

Anne, Here are some snack ideas for the car: appple slices, blueberries, turkey bacon, jerky, nuts, sweet potato chips and hummus, string cheese, celery sticks with almond butter...

My steps for Monday were 5804 and 5 points.

On the menu for today's Book Review was: Cake, cheese and crackers, cinnamon bread with cream cheese and dried cranberries, fruit, cookies, and apple cider. I am glad to report that the only thing i ate was the fruit and cheese! And I did have a small cup of apple cider! It was tough preparing the cinnamon bread and cream cheese because I wanted it so bad! lol.

Greetings!

Back from our cruise and almost settled in Vegas. I say almost as I will be travelling again next week. No complaints, just need to get back into a routine. I've been trying to talk myself into a run for 2 hours now.

Danielle - your willpower is amazing!!!

Evening all,
Well I got the last of what I am canning for the year into the canner tonight, woo hoo! But that took away from my exercise time. Oh well now that canning is done I will have more time to exercise.

I got 5 points for today. Yesterday walking total was 23,733.
