If I want to eat something that would be cheating, I make myself do it while watching in a mirror...needless to say, I put it down!!

Plan, plan, and double plan. If I plan what I eat for lunch, it is easier to stick with it at work. If not, it goes right out of the window.

Drinking a lot of water at the moment... although I think that Aprils' got the right idea. I really do need to sit down and get lunch organized for tomorrow!

I am trying to have all my food prepared in advance. That way I have less temptation to eat other food.
