Good Start
Off to a good start added more water to my diet and walk/running on a 6 at 3mph. Hopefully this will help me drop off my current weight.

Hope everyone is doing well so far! It's going pretty good for me. I've been at or under my calorie goal and got my running in Monday and Yoga yesterday.

Ready to get started
DEF ready! I"m also excited! hit the gym at lunch today to get back into things. 2.5 miles on one of those stepper/eliptical things. I've gained 20 lbs since last Dec and it has GOT TO GO!
