Mini-Challenge - Exercise twice a day.


 

Guidelines

50 pounds in 90 days is a huge undertaking, and not one that can be accomplished by dieting alone. To meet this mini challenge, you will have performed two activites alone each day in which the sole goal is to exercise (ie, not gardening or something constructive). Do your normal routine, but make sure that exercise is performed twice a day.
