Guidelines:
Eat nutritious food 3 meals a day, with good belly-filling snacks in between, rid your pantry of ALL that is greasy, oily, and not nutritious things. NO MORE BUTTER on your corn! NO MORE TWINKIES OR FATCAKES!!! Exercise, too. Think of how horrible you'll feel if you don't exercise and that should get you movin' and groovin'!

For All Those Who Have Children

Guidelines:
Teach them to always look at the ingredients on the packages. Say "If you can't say it, DON"T EAT IT." Put a new rule in your house, if they want a snack, they don't have to ask to get a fruit or vegetable, but they HAVE to ask if it's candy. It'll teach them good habits for their life and those of their future children (maybe). :)

Know the feeling. I changed jobs twice in the last few years and the effect of more and more desk work has taken its toll. It would be good to be back at a weight I feel more comfortable at. Good luck!
