Weeks 1 to 3
Guidelines:
They all say you need 2 ltrs of water a day, on top of normal drinks. Don't know about you - but I think that is a lot!!...
Lets start simply. Fill a 1 litre sports bottle with water or cooled herbal tea - and drink throughout the day.
Make it your aim to have finished it by the time you finish work.
We often mistake hunger for first.
My TOP TIP is to drink as much green tea ( you can get decaffinated) - as possible.
The stronger the better - dont use freshly boiled water as it will be too bitter.
Try green tea for 3 days - I am sure you will feel the benefits. Clearer skin, more energy, increased weight loss.. Has worked for me in the past - I highly reccomend it!!! xxxx

Do at least 15 minutes of exercise - three times a week (any exercise that gets your heart pumping).

Weeks 3 to 5
Guidelines:
Ok, so hopefully by now (week 3) we will have lost a little weight - and will feel good about ourselves. Now, lets choose a body part we are not happy with and work on it. How about one cosmetic - one physical?
For example - I'm gonna get my eyebrows done professionally - as a treat to myself. How about a manicure - a full body wax? - OUCH!!
And the physical - my arms need toning - so I will research some good exercises - and work on that for two weeks. How about your BUM - your THIGHS - your ABS? -

Weeks 6 to 7
Guidelines:
At the half-way stage now, so hopefully you are well on the way to your goal. I want us to go out / go online - and get somthing we have seen and always wanted to buy. Im talking an outfit, an item of jewelery, a new bag or even just some make up.
Then, take your time, and get yourself ready - dress yourself up / do make up and hair to the best of your ability - as if you are going to a really important event - a wedding - a party... make sure you look STUNNING
then - just pop around to see a friend or relative, supermarket shopping, the work office Or even just go to the local pub.
Watch as jaws drop while you flaunt your slimming figure and and gorgeous self.
Boost your confidence, and treat yourself to something new - ticks all the boxes for me!!!

Guidelines:
Lets choose another body part we are not happy with and work on it. How about one cosmetic - one physical? For example - I am going to get a facial - as my skin is gettin much clearer now - and I think it is time to have the scars left by my acne faded. How about a manicure - a new hairstyle? - And the physical - I want a JLo ASS - so I will be doing squats every day Good luck!! xxx
