What I got out of this
I got out of this that walking and drinking more water is very important. I did try to walk more and get more water into me. Didn't go as well as I would have hoped:(

Training
My daughter and I are training for the AFSP walk R.I.T.A on September 15th. We just started walking yesterday. I hope by joining this forum, it will help us improve and stay on track of our goal.
