Sit up straight when sitting, standing or walking. When riding in a car, train or bus try to sit up straight even when turning a corners!

This simple and easy exercise takelittle to no effort and you can usually do it without anyone (at work, school, crowd) noticing. Contract your stomach muscles and hold for 5-10 seconds, whatever is comfortable. Do this as many times as you can. And remember, a little bit of a burn is a good thing!
