Work those ab muscles, all day long!
Guidelines:
Try to do any kind of exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. Make a point to do something at several points during the day. (When you wake up, before you eat lunch, when you get home from work, before you eat dinner, while you're watching tv, before you go to bed) There are so many little exercises that really work your abs!

Regularly contract your stomach muscles!
Guidelines:
This simple and easy exercise takelittle to no effort and you can usually do it without anyone (at work, school, crowd) noticing. Contract your stomach muscles and hold for 5-10 seconds, whatever is comfortable. Do this as many times as you can. And remember, a little bit of a burn is a good thing!
