About this Challenge:
Use any of the DDR games you have to become healthy! Work up to more time and post how you're doing with our mini-challenges!

Guidelines:
It's hard to find time to play, but you can set it up and play for at least ten minutes a day (with a day off!). If you are low on time, you can play for 30 minutes in two days or spread out the time appropriately. Make sure to drink plenty of water!
