There are 3 pages describing the three levels work outs.

The goals are:
Level----------------End of Challenge Goal
Beginners-------------25 miles/week
Intermediate-----------35 miles/week
Advanced-------------50 miles/week

Follow the plan and you will reach the goal.Very Happy

awesome setup i started out a year ago at 230 # got on my bike started eating right and got on fat secret it help a lot i now ride mtn and road at least 4 days a week and i have gotten to my goal weight of 170 and a little less thanks for the challenge it will keep me going

I really like the goals...makes it not feel unobtainable for us beginners. Now I have no excuse to get my bike tires changed today! Cant wait to start

Fatcatboo that is exactly why this challenge was created! If you get on the bike, the mechanics will take over and you will lose weight.

Cycling is a great non-impact weight loss exercise. It exercises your biggest muscles as well as exercises the heart and lungs.
