Hosh Geldiniz! I (ImLuuvd) had the privilege of living in Turkey for two years. One of the things I recall most about the cuisine is the manner they serve and enjoy it. They bring out many different bowls and dishes, each containing one single ingredient. Everyone sits around and eats almost in a buffet/picnic style sitting. You'd have bowls of tomatoes,cucumber, peaches,olives,feta cheese,grapes with a loaf of bread, etc... Everyone sits and shares and talks about your day as you eat a slice of peach! You don't pile your plate with food, in fact often you don't even have your own plate...you simply tear off a piece of bread and grab a piece of cheese and take a few bites. Your challenge is to look up some of the main foods they serve in Turkey for breakfast or lunch, then have a meal like this yourself and set it up in the same manner. I'll post a picture in this weeks challenge post to give you an idea of how they set it out. Have fun and iyi gunler!

You might have an extra sweater or something your fellow passenger could really use. Post what you will do (your promise) to help some of the other passenger’s that lost some of their luggage.
