About this Challenge:

Walk... just get up off the couch... go outside... and walk. Not less the 1/4 of a mile, and not more than 1 mile needed to fulfill the challenge!! One that we all can actually do with no excuses allowed...

(If you can't walk, then do it in your wheelchair!)

If we make it thru one week, we'll set up a 2nd one to go for 2 weeks. NO MORE THAN ONE MISSED DAY ALLOWED
