Hello!

I have found that one of the biggest things I struggle with while trying to lose weight is staying on my diet. Its like I am really motivated and going strong for a good couple days, then I just fall off the wagon a little bit at a time until I am no longer on the plan. I have found that keeping track of the number of days that I have been able to consistently stay on my diet really keeps me motivated! Also I feel like another thing that I am trying to learn is that if you stray off your plan, its not the end of the world; the goal is to get right back on track the next chance you get and learn from your mistakes. It is not 1 mishap that will damage your diet, but a string of continuous ones!

So with all that being said, I hope you guys plan on joining me and I wish everyone the best of luck in achieving all their goals!
I will get my tight body back!!!

Hi, I am starting this challenge because each time I begin to loose weight and feel great I fall away and gain 20-30lbs. I am certain this is old and I need to be healthy. I am accountable, but find it easy to invite excuses. I dislike that about myself very much and being unhealthy feels yucky and uncomfortable. I personally do not like the whole pudge everywhere any longer! Yeah! Atleast I can say that today! It never bothered me before, pudge was OK. Anyways thank you for starting this challenge, this will inspire a new point of accountability and encouragement!

i ALWAYS gain 10-15 lbs a year. it's like a constant cycle. well no more! no more stupid excuses. no more allowing myself to eat beyond the point of satisfaction and no more skipping workouts.
GOOD LUCK and love yourself

I join this challenge to prove myself that I'm able to make a comitment and stick to it. it's easy to start a diet, but after one week it's easier to give up! so this challenge will remind me every day that I started something and I have to finish it. not only the dietI also started a spring cleansing and I don't want to miss one day of detox. same thing for the exercise.
thant you for this challenge, I,m sure it's gonna help us!
health is a choice. it's a gift we choose to do to ourselves.
