Completed Mini-Challenges
Weeks 1 to 12
Stick to your plan.
Guidelines:
Whatever plan that you have chosen to lose weight, I challenge you to stick to it as consistently and as long as possible/necessary. My biggest challenge has always been that I cannot stick to a plan for more than a few days and then I end up falling off the wagon. Keeping track of how long I've been able to stay on a plan really keeps me motivated and going strong!

Weeks 1 to 12
Don't beat yourself up.
Guidelines:
We all get off track sometimes; the point of this challenge is to learn from those mishaps and get right back on track!

Weeks 1 to 12
Keep yourself accountable.
Guidelines:
The title says it all. Keep track of the number of days you've been going strong. Doesn't matter how you choose to do it; journal entries, or the thread I have started for this challenge, its good to see how far you've come! As the number of days gets bigger and bigger, you're going to be less likely to stray off your diet because of how far you will have come! Of course if you end up straying, your count will start back at day 1, but thats okay! The point is to keep yourself accountable!

Stick to your challenge
Congrats! It does feel so much better to have the satisfaction of following our plan versus how bad we feel when we don't. That little taste of wHATEVER is never worth it.
