How much protein?
How much protein do you guys eat in a day? My Atkins book seems to say I should be eating 600gms!! I'm a big guy, but surely that is too much? (The most I manage is about 130gms)

fast food = cheese burger salad!!! I toss the bun and cut the burger into chunks of meat and throw in a side salad...very yummy, and usually cheaper than a 'meal'!!!
