Well I missed two days last week of meeting my water goal. Last Wednesday they(?) worked on our water lines. The stuff that came out of the tap was really nasty, and none of the snack funds in the building had any water. Forgot to bring water the next day, so I went the whole day without coffee or water. What a headache I got too. I really miss drinking my water. Friday, I brought some water in, but still missed my goal, just couldn't get enough. Had two Coke zeros. Now I am realizing how nasty soda's are Laughing (well without rum in it anyway). Water has been pretty much normal this week, although it is still full of air and takes a bit for the "white" to clear. so I am back on track with my water goal.

Smile I think the thing I miss most now that I've altered my way of eating is the rum. My favorite is Captain Morgan Private Stock. Ooooh so yummy, in diet soda of course. I have a bit every now and then, but it has more than 2 carbs per ounce!! And I used to fix a very tall glass of cola with 2 ozs rum added. But no more. Not fair. Oh well, I've been doing really well avoiding diet colas, but I have learned to really enjoy unaltered seltzer water which is plain no sodium carbonated water. Sometimes I add a bit of sweetner, but mostly I just drink it plain. Now I have to find out if the carbonation itself is a problem. I hope not, it sure makes getting in all that water more pleasing. You are doing awesome Bill. I admire your dedication to changing. I sure wish I could buy a bottle of it for my brother!
