I've gained 3 lbs since starting this challenge. Wondering if anyone else is doing the same? Is it water weight? I am still in ketosis and have pretty much stayed in KCAL zone. Does not make sense to me.

If your not used to drinking this much water it could be just water gain. After so long your body will have a water release and you should see a change.

The only things that stuck out at me while looking at your calendar is 1) you are eating a lot of sodium...pickles,vienna sausages, regular sausage, salami...that can cause water retention. Maybe substitute more veggies as snacks for some of the high sodium items. 2) Some people are sensitive to the bars and it causes stalls or gains...maybe cut those down a bit or out all together and see what happens. Hope this helps!

I vote for the salt, and I am unusual but I cannot eat anything with nitrates which salami and sausages may have as well as processed meats like luncheon meat. I am alergic to nitrates and MSG which is in every seasoning packet I have lookesd at almost.

I have a tendency toward fibromyalgia and have less pain and complications when I removed these as well as wheat and gluten from my diet.

Our highly processes foods are very unhealthy, eat as close to the tree as you can and if you are wealthy enough to buy meat organic why not?

Could be water, or Atkins bars--some folks have trouble losing if they eat the bars. According to Atkins, your body actually needs more sodium on Induction so I wouldn't worry about that. I have had to add sodium to my diet to keep from getting the 'Atkins flu.' Make sure you are measuring yourself, it could be that you are losing inches and don't realize it. If you are in ketosis, give it some time--it WILL work!
I gladly accept new Atkins buddies! Very Happy
