Sad

Atkins diet is great- I don't feel hungry or terribly tempted and I'm losing weight. YEAH! But here in the Southeast with the storms, dark skies, two little kids and two dogs worried about the storms, and my low blood sugar brought about by using up my glycogen stores, I'm grumpy and want to curl up in bed, but need to be making a dinner for a soon to come home hungry husband. Luckily he's supportive and understanding, even if I don't make a thing, but still, an at home mom's hardest job is from 4 to 9 pm. Any suggestions????

breakfast for dinner. I was stressed one evening the first week of Induction and I just fried some eggs and nuked some bacon and said "Dinner is served!" Lucky for me my kids are older and know where the cereal boxes are located as well. Have a relaxing evening and hope the storms let up. Those low pressure systems can have a real effect on us!
Cheers,

Thanks Nancy! I made a big salad and just the smell of the cucumber started to cheer me up! Maybe I was hungry. Anyway, having made it through dinner is always an accomplishment. Now for bedtimes! Janeen
