I get my daily water just fine...
Yesterday, I don't think I got the full 12g of veggies but was close.
I have noticed since Friday, the 22nd, I haven't lost anything. I am thinking its because of my low calories...I have read you need to have the 1500. I was doing good losing when I was close to 1500 calories a day. I guess hungry or not, I'm gonna get atleast 12-1400 calories today. Ugh! I hate eating when I ain't hungry. But yesterday, I didn't get but around 5-600 calories...alot of them days lately. But my ratio has been about the same...Good Luck to all!!
