How this works
This is the first challenge that I've been a part of. I just did 100 crunchies. How do I add it to the challenge? Is it from your exercise log? Do you log it as calisthenics?

I started mine as well and I thought ten would be easy so I decided to start with 20 and move up. After about 12,I could feel it and reconsidering! I still did 20 and I'll keep it that way but dang, ...
