Variety is the spice of life!

Guidelines:
During your 7 days of workouts, try to do at least 4 different workouts; yoga, run, bike, abs, weight machine, cardio dvd, etc... Don't just get on the treadmil for 30 minutes everyday with the speed on 5.0 and be happy with the same routine everyday. Mix it up. Add some sprints or hills to the run.

Guidelines:
The Bowflex diet says to have a 60% carb- 20% protein- 20% fat diet. Give it try. Obviously the diets we have been on have not worked or we would not be on this website.
