Guidelines:
The Holidays bring stress to a lot of people, which defeats the whole purpose of it. Relax and enjoy the time spent with your family. Make holiday cooking, cleaning & shopping fun activities if you have to do them, don't make it feel like a chore. Take time to breathe and calm yourself every chance you get.

Yep! Each recipe should be able to make 10 muffins. They are very dense and moist. Give them a shot :) They are care of my personal trainer.
