Hi! This is Pallavi from India. Drinking the right amount of water is so important, and yet, we often ignore the signals and i atleast many times end up drinking just a glass or two of water the entire day! this challenge is great as it will also go with my aim of losing a substantial amt of weight and doing wonders for the body! so lets Get Set and GO!!!

Hello! I'm from Pennsylvania, USA. I live with my boyfriend and our three pets (2 Yorkie pups and a ferret) in the suburbs. I'm a Penn State graduate (BS Business Administration) and am currently working for a company in the marketing industry.
Recently, I had made the decision that I have to be more aware of my health. I have been successful in watching what I eat for a better, healthier lifestyle (trying to not think diet, since most people think that there is an "end" when they hit their goal), adding exercise to my life, but I cannot get it in my thick skull to drink more H20. This will challenge me to follow through with what I should already be doing.
Great idea - thanks!

Hi my name is Linda I am from New Jersey. I started dieting in May and my biggest problem is drinking enough water, so this challenge is great. I am new to FS and this is my first challenge.

I guess I should introduce myself. I am Kristin in Wilmington, DE. I just started on FS when I got my new phone. I really like the way it is set up, except that your challenges don't send you reminders. Anyway, I just started a new job and want to be at my goal weight by my birthday next April. Welcome to the first challenge I've set up. I'm so glad so many people want to join me! Kristin

Hello i am Karyn and i live in Edmonton Alberta, Canada with my two yorkies, cat, two children and husband. i am liking this app on my BB phone as i have no clue how to count calories.. it is great that it has so many foods already listed, and it walks you though how to enter a new food/beverage. Being accountable for what i put in my mouth makes weightloss easier for me. Water on the other hand.. that's a challenge! i don't even like water! I used to drink 2 liters of coke a day no problem.. now i might drink a can a month. Does it have to be plain water? Can it be like watered down iced tea? Is it worth it to buy bottled water just to make sure i drink it cuz i actually like dasani (spelling)water. but tap water yyyuuukk .. Karyn Hick Edmonton Alberta, Canada creative and busy mom of two children, two dogs and a cat

@KarynHick Welcome Karyn. As a plug for the environment, I would suggest getting a Brita of Pur filter pitcher. They work the best and then fill up a water bottle that you know the volume of. Iced tea is fine as long as it doesn't have any sugar in it. I am going to be counting brewed tea as well. I don't add sugar or milk to my tea. I do buy bottled water at work for lunch, but at home I use my Pur filter. I like the taste better than Brita. Thanks for joining the challenge. Kristin

I guess I should intoduce myself too. I'm Gary from Wisconsin. Like a lot of the challenge members, I don't drink nearly enough water. We had a challenge here at work with our wellness program and I managed to drink the water for that challenge, then kind of let up. Glad to see this challenge. Maybe I'll keep it up at the conclusion of the challenge. Problem is, I have a hard time getting in the daily requirement on weekends when we are constantly running. I need to develop the habit of carrying a water bottle where ever I go.
