Father's Day Workout
My workout today was pulling out bunches of vines, trimming some hedges, and planting two trees. I am spent! Tomorrow will be a more traditional workout with pushups, pullups, and squats.

today's workout
20 minutes jumping rope before doing footwork and stepping drills makes for angry legs. Happy me to have gone for 45 minutes tonight.

How's everyone doing?
So far so good for me... yesterday's TRX class had me REALLY SORE today but I sucked it and stayed on track with a 40 min walk this evening (3miles).
