6 Week End of Summer Challenge

About this Challenge:
As Summer comes to an end and we go into hibernation for the winter time those pounds can get stacked on so quickly…
Lets whip our bodies and minds into shape during the last part of Summer so we are set up for the rest of the year with a healthy approach.
I have tried to come up with some cool wild animal team names to try and create a theme but the most important thing is to support your team mates and root for your team. Nothing like a little friendly rivalry to bring out the best performers!
Not sure how some of this works but I might add some mini challenges if people think that would be a good idea so if you want to suggest some go ahead. Also feel free to introduce yourself to the challenge and post photos if you like.
