Did a 10K on Sunday!!
I completed my first ever 10K on Sunday with a time of 73 minutes (great for me!). My goal was 80 minutes! Thanks to y'all in this challenge for inspiring me!

How's your running?
I remember my first actual run like it was yesterday (it was four years ago)--my trainer made me run around the BLOCK and I thought I would drop dead right there LOL. Glad you are doing well!
