Go to the gym 5 days every week. Don't judge your workout on other people, just try to improve YOUR fitness. If you can only run 5 minutes, maybe by the end of 6 weeks you'll be able to run 10 or 20 minutes. If you can only lift 10 lbs, maybe by the end of 6 weeks you'll be able to lift 12 or 15 lbs.
