had to modify it a little bit - increased crunches
Day 1: 15 situps, 50 crunches, 20 sec plank and 10 push ups Day 2: 16 situps, 60 crunches, 30 sec plank, 12 military style push ups

Please try to do each set all together. It doesn't matter how slow you go, but splitting the sets so you do 10 in the morning and 10 at night will not condition your body, and you will not gain as ...
