Guidelines:
If you are not doing a beachbody workout, you should aim to do 3 resistance days and 2-3 cardio days. Remember, even though "muscle weighs more than fat" - muscle is what burns fat! Exercise doesn't have to be strenuous every day, just any activity that gets your heart pumping for at least 30 minutes.

Eat 4-6 small meals every day

Guidelines:
To keep your metabolism from going into starvation mode and storing fat, you must eat at least every four hours. In order to be hungry every 2-4 hours, each meal should be under 400 calories. Make sure your diet as a whole is balanced! Plenty of fruits, vegetables, protein, and carbs.

Guidelines:
Experiment each day to see which exercises or workout programs you like the most, and stick with them. Not every person will enjoy the same activities or products, so make your workouts specific to you. It will be harder to get results if you dread exercising every day!
