I may have cheated as I mixed up the situps and push ups. But I made it - I hit 3000 yesterday.

I like the idea of breaking it into 5 segments of 20 each. Even I can do that!

Day One
So I am breaking it down and doing 20 pushups and 20 sit ups 5 times through out my day. First day and it feels good already.

I got an early start just to see what I could do. Actual pushups and sit ups are out of the question at this point so I have been doing crunches and standing pushups instead. 200 crunches the first day ...
