2.5 pounds/week . . . We can do this!
Wooo Hooo! Sounds good! I eat more when I start something...a little bit of rebellion, I think...but I am exercising more and know that I can buckle down and do more as time goes by.

I'm not sure that you can add it to the exercise but you can go to www.caloriesperhour.com and there is an exercise calculator there and you might be able to find an equivilant on this sites fitness ...
