Drink plenty of water

Guidelines:
Remember to drink plenty of water during the day. This helps flush your body. You also will need to rehydrate yourself after the workout. I personally cool down with a glass of water and eat a cheese stick after doing this workout.

Weeks 2 to 4

Report inches lost not just weight

Guidelines:
Sometimes the scales may not be moving, but you are losing inches. This is important too!! While it may take a week to adjust to the workout, beginning week 2 we will start reporting our to see how everyone is doing! I hope everyone starts to notice by Week 2 clothes fitting better. I know for me they did!

Just did Level III
The Biggest Loser Boot Camp is killer. It kicks your butt! It's definitely more challenging than Lvl 2 of the Shred. I really sweat with the Boot Camp dvd.
