Exercise As Possible or Random Acts of Fitness

Guidelines
Try to squeeze in exercise, even just a few minutes as often throughout the day as you can. Crunches while watching tv, or squats while folding laundry (just random examples)throw in anything anytime it crosses your mind. It all adds up

Drink 10, 8 oz glasses of water daily.

Guidelines
Anytime you feel hungry down a glass of cold water and wait 10 minutes, if still hungry try another. You will feel so much better when well hydrated.

Eat 3 smaller Meals and up to 3 Snacks Daily

Guidelines
EX: Breakfast, Mid morn-snack, Lunch, Mid afternoon snack, Dinner, Bedtime snack. If you are susceptible to night time grazing make a designated time that you will not eat after, I know this helps me when will power is hard to find. Try to pre-plan out your meals and snacks to keep from going overboard when hunger hits, this can help too.
