Guidelines:
Maintain at least 25 sit ups and 25 push ups per day so that you end up doing 175 sit ups and 175 push ups each week! Also try to increase each day by 5 (ex. 1st day 25, 2nd day 30, 3rd day 35, etc, etc)

How to do a push-up!
Another task I want to add to this.... PULL ups! I started P90X (WOW!) and I cannot do a single pull-up. It's awful that I have to use a chair to help :-(

It was due to start today....don't know what happend?!?!?!
The challenges always start at midnight the night you schedule them, I think? I wondered about that, too, but I started it tonight, so this is day 1 for me.
