How long have you gone? I've never gone as long as 21 days without a binge. I usually binge every weekend. This just happens to be going on the same time as the 100mile walk challenge, so I will use ...

Moods
Usually my binges coincide with anxiety or restlessness. If they are due to being too hungry, then I need to look at my diet and add more food. I'll track my moods in my daily journal.

Focusing on avoiding binges for 21 days should keep me going.
I'm about five days into having restarted Atkins. I want to stick to it this time, so I'm hoping this challenge will keep me focused. 21 days. No binges!
