Ok becuase the challagne was to have 800 - to 1200 calories. I was having 1200 - 1500. For lent I am keeping it at 1200. It is hard to keep that amount

half scoops of whey isolate protein mixed with 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk tastes great and has very little carbs with lots of protein and amino acids.
