Use the fantastic Calorie Counting App by Fatsecret to monitor you daily calorie surplus/defecit
Guidelines
Set yourslef a target defecit per day, check your total for the week and if you have managed to achieve this goal you have passed. Remember this diet is about being healthy! 3 solid meals per day and plenty of exercise are the key to success here. If you don't have time for exercise then do a couple of hours of housework which will burn an unbelievable amount of calories!

Alcohol - Manage alcohol intake on a weekly basis
Guidelines
There'll be plenty of opportunity to have a drink over the festive period so a little abstinence in the run up will go a long way! Ideally we are looking for zero alcohol during this challenge to maximise weight loss over the 6 week period. However, moderation is the key and the occasional treat can be a great motivator. You pass this challenge with a maximum of 8 units per week for Women and 12 units for Men.

Exercise - Burn 500 Calories in 1 session twice a week
Guidelines
The difficult bit is getting off the sofa and out of the house! The best bit is the feeling you get after you've finished the exercise and achieved your goal. Focus on that and the calorie defecit that will follow and make sure that you get a really great workout twice a week. This challenge is passed with 2 sessions of 500 calories burned per week - Good Luck!
