Guidelines:
Crunches - arms along the torso 20 with bent knees, 20 with straight legs, then 20 with armed crossed and straight legs. then start over. Then you can do some on an exercise ball, holding a weight above your shoulder the whole time. Plank for 30 sec, then side plank on each side for 30 sec. Increase the time from 30 sec to 1 min as you progress
