Excercise 20-30 minutes
Guidelines:
walk, swim, bike, elliptical, dance! Any of it counts as long as you do it every day for at least 20 minutes. 20 min of strength training counts as well. Throw some jumping jacks or jumping rope for a minute in between sets to get your heart rate up.

Exercise
Today I worked really hard in my house. Climbing stairs and cleaning like a crazy wild woman. I cleaned non-stop for 2 1/2 hours.

My nature walk
Today I went for a nature walk with my 11 yr old son. It was so fun. I walked over an hour and did not even realize it. We took pics and laughed and had a great time.
