Guidelines:
Try to incorporate secret sneaky exercise into your everyday routine...for example, curl the laundry detergent 10 times with each arm between loads of laundry. Or, do glute squeezes while you are driving to work in your car. Avoid elevators at every given opportunity.

How is everyone on day 1?
I have a spreadsheet that I enter all of my food into lol, whatever works I guess, hopefully after doing it a while, we will just know what we can and cant have, I've not felt hungry at all!! xx

MOTIVATION!!
You know, my body has never been more satisfied. I am full. To the point, where I am sitting at 1000 calories for the day and I am full. munching on crackers just to get my "daily fill"....lol
