she needs to be at 1200 calories to be losing weight. But 10 lbs in 2 weeks would be unrealistic, or at least, unhealthy. If you are honest, logging all food, and all excercise (mind you excercise on this site includes sitting and desk work) than you would need to burn 2500 calories a day over the 1200 so 3700 calories in total to lose the 10 in 2. Please, go for 10 in 2 months instead, we'd all like to see you survive.
