I've been "dieting" on and off for awhile now. I've lost 5lbs tops. Then my weight sits there. I weigh 132 now and want to get back to my 115 ish. I'd even be happier at 120. My old jeans miss me and I miss them. I feel like 132lbs is an akward weight to be able to loose weight from. I'm getting mixed messages from websites about the calories I should eat. I'm new to this website and it says 1900. That seems like a lot! My calorie counter on my phone says I should eat 1600. What should I do to accomplish this goal of 10lbds, 2 weeks? HELP!

You are in the same position as my wife. She has the same goal and is stuck at the same weight. The only reason I know you are not her, is her account here is BHHarr. Anyways, I was just talking to her about this and we figured out that for her (5'1"Wink she needs to be at 1200 calories to be losing weight. But 10 lbs in 2 weeks would be unrealistic, or at least, unhealthy. If you are honest, logging all food, and all excercise (mind you excercise on this site includes sitting and desk work) than you would need to burn 2500 calories a day over the 1200 so 3700 calories in total to lose the 10 in 2. Please, go for 10 in 2 months instead, we'd all like to see you survive.
