I think it is very possible! There is 11 weeks left, which means its only 2.36 pounds a week! I know what your facing 10% for me is 19.2lbs and due to some medical and situational issues I find it really hard to believe I can lose the weight too. Congratz on upping the water aerobics that will really go far in helping you to your goal. For me my challenge is simply finding time to get a work out in but I am trying hard to at least get in two work outs on the weekends. Keep up the good work, I'm sure you can do it! And just my personal thought/comment... Tell your husband to stop wondering if it is possible (anything is) and to start wondering how he can help you do it!
