My husband wonders if that is possible- that is 26 pounds for me and I am already three weeks into my diet and have lost my first 8 pounds. I am a near invalid except in the water and will bump my water aerobics up to 8 classes a week in stead of 4 to help. We'll see!

I think it is very possible! There is 11 weeks left, which means its only 2.36 pounds a week! I know what your facing 10% for me is 19.2lbs and due to some medical and situational issues I find it really hard to believe I can lose the weight too. Congratz on upping the water aerobics that will really go far in helping you to your goal. For me my challenge is simply finding time to get a work out in but I am trying hard to at least get in two work outs on the weekends. Keep up the good work, I'm sure you can do it! And just my personal thought/comment... Tell your husband to stop wondering if it is possible (anything is) and to start wondering how he can help you do it! Smile

Hey Ladies

Try doing some seated exercises. I have been doing upper body work outs with small hand weights from a seated position. It helps to burn calories and work the upper body without too much strain. Also on 'Biggest Loser' they suggested shadow boxing while sitting which helps to burn calories as well.
