"i have been doing insanity or riding my bike. Insanity is a 40 minute, very intense cardio work out. I ride my bike typically for an hour at about 15.5-17 mph - it's a good workout. I do not count cleaning the house, taking walks as a family, hustling around at work or parking further away in the parking lot. I just figure they are extras. "
