Day 1 (Monday) weigh in: 139.4. I did 70 minutes of cardio as well as arms and abs work out (pretty light on the arms and abs though). No soda, but did give in and have an energy drink because I was getting such a bad headache. I am not a fan of the taste of the energy drinks, though so I consider that a win.
Day 2: (Tuesday) Weigh in = 138.8. No soda, and 20 minutes of cardio. Light leg work out. Didn't feel well and stayed home sick from work. Think this reflected in my workout.
Overall, I am doing pretty well. I am trying hard not to have the all or nothing attitude that comes with dieting. If I have a setback I move on and try to make my next choices better. :)
