I can never figure out how to get to the place where I record my daily exerise. I found it once but can't find it again? Any help?

I figured out you can't report daily. I didn't exercise yesterday but I did find my yoga book so my goal is to get through as much of it as possible. I've only ever made it to the 10th day and I've had this book for years. It's a 28 day yoga program so I can get through 21 days if I am diligent but making it to day eleven would be pretty cool.
