Dear body, I know you like to hold onto weight. And I know when you get scared or anxious that you compulsively eat. Well guess what. It's a new dawn. you will now be a compulsive lover of exercise. I started the walk run this week. Last night, I did aobut a mile slowly. I had a runners high. Never before felt it. I don't think I get it unless I am running outside. JOY!
